VIVO HOME (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website www.vivohome.mv, an online store for home furniture, appliances and essentials in the Maldives. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address when you place an order, submit a preorder, or contact us.
• Order details — the products you purchase or preorder, order totals, payment confirmation slips you upload, and delivery preferences.
• Product interaction data — pages and products you view, items you add to your cart, and checkout activity on our website.
• Cookies and device data — browser cookies, IP address, and device/browser information collected automatically when you use the website.
• Messaging activity — if you contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram (for example after clicking one of our ads), we may receive your phone number or profile identifier and advertising click references provided by Meta. We do not store the content of your personal messages for advertising purposes.

• Order handling — processing, confirming, delivering and providing updates about your orders and preorders, including WhatsApp order notifications.
• Customer support — responding to your questions and resolving issues.
• Advertising measurement — understanding which of our advertisements lead to store visits, enquiries and purchases, so we can measure and improve our campaigns.
• Service improvement — analysing how the website is used to improve our products, pages and shopping experience.

We use tools provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure and improve our advertising:

• Meta Pixel — a small piece of code on our website that records events such as page views, product views, add-to-cart, checkout and purchases, together with cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc).
• Meta Conversions API — a server-side connection that sends the same types of events to Meta. Where contact details (such as email or phone number) are included for ad measurement, they are hashed (irreversibly encoded) before being sent.
• Business messaging events — if you start a conversation with us on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram from a Meta advertisement, we may send related events (such as a new enquiry or a resulting purchase) to Meta so we can measure the effectiveness of those ads.

Meta processes this data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. You can manage how Meta uses data for ads in your Meta Ad Preferences.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your session, and support the advertising measurement described above. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect parts of the website such as the shopping cart.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Meta — for the advertising measurement described in section 4.
• Service providers — such as delivery partners and our accounting/invoicing systems, strictly to fulfil your orders.
• Authorities — where required by applicable law.

We keep order and accounting records for as long as required for business and legal purposes. Advertising measurement data is retained in line with Meta’s data retention policies. We use appropriate technical measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashing of contact details sent for ad measurement — to protect your information.
