Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.vivohome.mv and any purchase you make from VIVO HOME (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• All prices are shown in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and may change without notice.
• Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or finish may occur.
• We make every effort to keep listings accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the affected order and notify you before any payment is finalised.
• Stock availability shown on the website is indicative and confirmed at order processing.

• Orders are placed through the website checkout. Payment is made by bank transfer, and you may be asked to upload a payment slip as proof of payment.
• An order is confirmed only after we verify your payment. We will update you on your order status — including by WhatsApp where you have provided your number.
• We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.

• Selected items may be offered on preorder at a stated preorder price. Estimated arrival and delivery dates shown for preorder items are estimates only and may change due to shipping, customs or supplier delays.
• We will keep you informed of significant changes to the expected arrival of your preorder.
• Preorder payments and confirmations follow the same payment-slip verification process as regular orders.

• We deliver within Male’ region and arrange boat/ferry transfer for island deliveries. Delivery fees and timelines depend on your location and are shown or communicated at checkout.
• Standard deliveries are made up to ground floor only, unless otherwise agreed.
• For island (boat) deliveries, our responsibility ends when the goods are handed over to the boat in good condition; please inspect items upon arrival.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time and location.

• Optional assembly is available for selected products at the fee shown on the product page.
• The assembly team typically attends after delivery, depending on the assembly schedule for the day. Timings communicated are indicative.

• To cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@vivohome.mv. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be cancellable.
• Please inspect your items on delivery. Report any damage, defect or wrong item within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos where possible, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
• Items that have been assembled, installed, used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless covered by a warranty.

Where a product carries a manufacturer’s warranty, the warranty period and coverage are as stated on the product page or warranty documentation. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, placing fraudulent orders, or scraping content without permission.

All content on this website — including the VIVO HOME name, logo, product descriptions and images — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including shipping, customs and weather disruptions).

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
