Request deletion of your personal data, or check the status of an existing request.

How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you in either of these ways:

  • Email us at sales@vivohome.mv with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and the phone number or email you used with us. We will confirm and complete your request promptly.
  • Through Facebook — if you interacted with us via Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp ads), go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove the app, and click Send Request. Meta will forward the deletion request to us automatically and give you a confirmation code you can check below.
